Discernment is a process of finding out you vocation, in prayer, reflection, and spiritual direction by a person who is qualified for it. You may approach any jesuit for this purpose.

The Vocation Office offers
several weekend vocational discernment retreat opportunities. These programs
are scheduled throughout the year for men interested in exploring the
possibility of a vocation to the Society of Jesus.
The programs are designed to give participants exposure to the history, life, works and spirituality of the Society of Jesus, all in an effort to help them develop tools for solid spiritual discernment.
